Your privacy choices
You are always in control of your information in Chronic. Specifically:
- We do not sell or "share" your personal information (as those terms are defined under
laws such as the CCPA/CPRA), and we do not use it for cross-context behavioural advertising. There
is nothing to opt out of on that front.
- Access & portability: request a copy of your data.
- Correction: fix inaccurate profile or health information.
- Deletion: delete your account and associated data, subject to medical record-keeping
obligations.
- Withdraw consent: disconnect any connected wearable source, or revoke consent for
optional processing, at any time in the app.
How to make a request
Email privacy@chronic.md from your account address,
or use the in-app Care channel. We verify the request against your account and respond within the
timeframe required by applicable law.
