- How do I get care? Complete the short assessment and safety pre-screen in the app, then
book a video consult with a licensed clinician.
- Is my health data private? Yes. It's visible only to your assigned care team, never sold,
and never sent over insecure channels. See our
Privacy Policy.
- Medical emergency? Chronic is not for emergencies. Call your local emergency number.
